1. Order Confirmation

• Once your order is placed, we source the products directly from our suppliers.

2. Processing Time

• For in-stock items, orders placed before 10 AM (KST) will be processed and shipped on the same day. The average processing time is approximately 4-10 business days. However, this may be slightly longer depending on the item's availability, the time of year, or public holidays. Some orders may take 5-10 business days to process.
• If you order more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item that takes the longest to secure. Please note that unforeseen circumstances like supply issues or shipping delays can extend this period.

3. Shipping

• All items in your order will be shipped together once they are all ready. The delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

• Express Shipping (DHL): Takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Standard Shipping (EFS): Takes 1–2 weeks after dispatch.
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

2. Address Changes&Undelivered Packages

• You cannot change your address after an order has been shipped.
• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the package may be returned or discarded. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund and will be responsible for any additional costs.
