2. Processing Time
In-stock items are shipped quickly, while fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and pre-order items typically take 3โ5 business days for preparation. However, unexpected factors such as supplier availability or shipping delays may extend this timeframe.
3. Shipping
Once all items are ready, they are combined into a single shipment and dispatched. Shipping times vary based on the destination and method selected.

1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Process
Once your order is confirmed, we will source the products directly from our suppliers.
- For in-stock items, orders will be processed and shipped sequentially as quickly as possible.
- For made-to-order or unique items such asย beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and pre-order merchandise, the preparation time typically takes 3โ5 business days, but it may take longer depending on the supplierโs schedule and shipping method.
Once all items are ready, they will be combined into a single shipment and dispatched.
Some items may require additional processing time depending on supplier availability or unexpected delays.
1.2 Shippingย
- Shipping to Your Delivered Korea Suite
- Customers registered with Delivered Korea can send products to their personal Suite, allowing them to apply console or other shipping options. Domestic shipping is available exclusively for customers registered with Delivered Korea. Shipping to other domestic addresses in Korea is not available, and such orders may be canceled.
- International Shipping
- Express Shipping: Trusted companies such as FedEx and DHL handle express shipping. Delivery typically takes 2โ5 days after dispatch.
- Standard Shipping: This option is available for smaller items due to weight restrictions. Items are shipped from Korea and delivered by local postal services or couriers in the destination country. Delivery usually takes 1โ2 weeks from dispatch.
- Shipping Costs: Exact shipping fees based on the destination country and product weight will be displayed on the checkout page after entering the shipping address.
- Shipping Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to traffic, courier capacity, location, or other uncontrollable international events and factors.
1.3 Address Corrections & Undelivered Packages
After dispatch, the shipping address cannot be changed. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, customer absence, or other reasons, it may be returned to sender or disposed of. Byit is not responsible for these cases, and orders will not be refunded. Any additional fees will be charged to the customer.
1.4 Customs Duty and Import Tax
All orders are shipped from South Korea and do not include customs duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and customs fees in their country. If an order cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs fees, failed customs clearance, or similar issues, the package may be returned or disposed of. Byit is not responsible for these cases, and orders will not be refunded. Any additional costs will be the customerโs responsibility.
If a tax ID is required for tax processing in your country, please make sure to provide it. Any issues arising from missing or incomplete information will be the customerโs responsibility.
1.5 Damaged or Missing Items
If a product is damaged or partially missing, you must file a claim with the carrier. Please provide photos of the package and the damaged items, and Byit will assist you in resolving the issue. Additional documentation or information may be required for submission to the shipping carrier.
2. Refund & Return Policy
2.1 Refund Policy
Refunds are only available for products that are out of stock, shipped incorrectly, or damaged. For any other reasons, refunds will follow the supplier's policy, and Byit will serve as an intermediary.
2.2 Order Cancelation
- Since products are sourced upon order, cancellations can be difficult.
- Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of purchase, with a 5% cancellation fee.
- After 24 hours or once processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
- Pre-order, fashion, beauty, and custom-sourced items cannot be canceled or refunded, as these products are prepared specifically based on the customer's selection (e.g., size, color, or shade).
2.3 Return Policy
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product by contacting byitkpop@gmail.com Returns sent without prior notice will not be processed. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs and any applicable taxes will be the customerโs responsibility. A $10 handling fee will also be deducted from the refund amount. Returns, reshipments, or refunds are not available if delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer error, customs clearance failure, or unpaid customs duties.
2.4 Change & Exchange Request
If the order has not been shipped yet, you may update the shipping details. However, after the order has been dispatched, changes are not possible. A handling fee will apply if you need to change the shipping address.
3. Additional Notes
3.1 Product Inspection for K-pop Items
For K-pop albums, limited-edition items, and event-related merchandise, manufacturing defects or missing components may occasionally occur. Due to the nature of K-pop products, particularly with limited or event-exclusive items, exchanges or refunds may not be possible even in cases of minor quality issues. These issues often cannot be identified until the product is opened and are beyond Byitโs control.
Please review product details carefully. While we strive to offer the best service, certain limitations exist with K-pop products and international shipping. If you encounter any significant problems, please contact us, and we will assist you to the extent allowed by the supplierโs policy.
3.2 Fashion & Beauty Items
- Fashion and beauty products may appear differently in color or texture depending on monitor settings.
- Minor imperfections, subjective perception differences, or manufacturerโs undisclosed detail changes are not eligible for inspection, exchange, refund, or cancellation.
- Dust bags, original shopping bags, and other included accessories will be provided if supplied by the manufacturer. However, items not listed on the product page, such as promotional stickers or leaflets, may vary or be excluded.
3.3 Pre-order Products
Pre-order items will only be shipped once all items are ready for shipment. Unexpected delays may occur.
3.4 Damaged Product Compensation
Compensation for damaged items will be handled in accordance with the shipping carrier's policy.
