🛍️ Order, Cancellation & Return Policy
1. General Policy

No exchange is allowed under any circumstances once the product has been opened.

Pre-ordered products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after purchase.

Gift items (such as posters or photocards) are limited in quantity and may sell out early.
2. Pre-Order Agreement

Pre-ordered products are items collected in advance for a limited period and shipped in bulk on the scheduled release date after the order period ends.

Due to the nature of pre-orders, delivery may take additional time after the order period closes.

Please check the estimated shipping date before placing your order.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

First-release or sealed items (e.g., albums, DVDs) must remain unopened.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if:

You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.
5. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.
6. EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same conditions described in the Return Eligibility section above, and a receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
